Shipping and returns

The official e-commerce platform for Misani collections is www.misanimilano.com. Select the product you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart”. From your personal cart, proceed by clicking “Proceed to Checkout”. You will be directed to complete the purchase process where you enter all the details for your order. After filling in all fields correctly and selecting your payment method, please confirm your purchase by clicking “Place Order”.

Delivery times for online orders can vary from 5 to a maximum of 14 days from the date of payment receipt. Shipping is always free for the client.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code to monitor its progress via the email used for your purchase. We recommend entering the tracking code on the courier’s website to stay updated on your shipment.

The courier will contact you directly to arrange a second delivery attempt on the next working day. If you wish to schedule a specific delivery date for the second attempt, we advise contacting the Customer Service of the respective courier.

Returns must be made within 5 working days. Please contact us at info@misanimilano.com to request a return. Our Customer Service will guide you through the return procedure and assist with all details. For full return conditions and methods, visit the “Shipping and Returns” section.

In case of order cancellation, please inform us via email at info@misanimilano.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation Online, order number (e.g., #123456) and jewelry code (e.g., MO914)” within 48 hours of payment. If you selected bank transfer as your payment method and have not yet executed it, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order.

Payment Method

On the website www.misanimilano.com, you can place an order using PayPal or bank transfer.

After selecting “Bank Transfer” as your payment option and completing the purchase, you will be redirected to a page with the necessary bank details to make the transfer. Once payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped according to the timelines specified in the “Shipping and Returns” section.

Customization, Gift

Certainly. We will prepare a gift package including a black velvet box to store the jewelry, a certificate of authenticity, and our iconic branded shopper bag. The gift packaging is always free.

Due to the unique characteristics of each piece, the possibility of engraving depends on the specific item. For any customization requests, please contact our Customer Service at info@misanimilano.com. Our team will verify the feasibility of engraving or any other customization and provide you with the related cost. Please note that personalized jewelry cannot be returned.

Size Guide

Misani jewelry is available in standard sizes, with unique details for each product type:

    • Earrings: Designed in a standard size, each piece is accompanied by a detailed description of its length, providing a clear understanding of the jewelry’s proportions.
    • Rings: Available in an elegant range of sizes from 10 to 16, ensuring a perfect fit. You can select the ideal size on the product page.
    • Gold necklaces and bracelets: Carefully finished in standard sizes to guarantee timeless harmony.
    • Leather necklaces and bracelets: Bracelets come in standard sizes of 19 cm for women and 21 cm for men (exclusively for the Grand Tour collection). Necklaces, measuring 42 cm for women and 50 cm for men, include a refined 2.5 cm silver extension for greater versatility.

This attention to detail ensures that each Misani jewelry piece is a unique artisanal masterpiece, offering an exclusive experience that celebrates craftsmanship and individuality.

If you cannot select the size directly from the jewelry product page, please follow these instructions. After selecting the desired jewelry, click “Proceed to Checkout”. You will be directed to the order detail page where you can enter billing and shipping details and choose the payment method. In this section, please indicate the required size or any specific instructions in the “Order Notes” section.

Warranty and After-Sales

The Misani jewelry warranty is valid for 12 months against manufacturing defects from the purchase date indicated on the Certificate of Authenticity accompanying the jewelry. We recommend reading further details in the “Authenticity and Warranty” section of Customer Service. All interventions or repair services outside the warranty period will be charged to the customer. The absence of the Certificate of Authenticity accompanying the jewelry – via Customer Service, in Boutiques, or through our authorized retailers – will result in the warranty not being covered.

The International Warranty does not cover normal product wear and tear, natural aging, routine maintenance; jewelry where the originally engraved brand has been altered or rendered illegible; defects or damages caused by abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper use; defects or damages resulting from unauthorized modifications, manipulations, and any interventions performed by a non-authorized Misani center.
